User Agreement

As you use our website and decide to purchase NFT issued by SELF TOKEN Inc. (the "Company"), it will be construed that you've agreed to be bound by the User Agreement (the "AGREEMENT") set forth hereunder.


Please read the AGREEMENT carefully before purchasing any NFT. If you do not meet what is required under the provisions of the AGREEMENT, or do not agree to the AGREEMENT, you shall not engage to purchase NFT. The Company will have the right to rescind the AGREEMENT between you and the Company.


  1. DECLARATION AND WARRANTIES
    • Any purchase of NFT shall be carried out by persons with full capacity to make such judicial act, if not, such persons with limited capacity shall have obtained sufficient consent, permission or authorization in accordance with applicable laws to conduct the purchase thereof. You represent and warrant that you are a person with full capacity with respect to the judiciary act of purchasing NFT, or has obtained sufficient consent, permission or authorization for such purchase.
  2. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
    • When purchasing NFT, you may either pay in Ethereum, or other kinds of crypto currencies that are permitted to serve as payment by the Company (the "Payment Currency"), or you can pay in Fiat Money. The purchase price and necessary information for such purchase including address of electronic wallet, bank account, etc., shall accord to the information demonstrated on the Company's website.
    • The price of every unit of NFT can be calculated, as when the Company chooses to announce, based on the equivalent units of Payment Currency or the numbers of Fiat Money. However, the actual price of every unit of Payment Currency will fluctuate from time to time, the Company will not guarantee the price of every unit of NFT will remain and has the right to change and determine the price of NFT accordingly. Such fluctuation will not confer the Company with the right to ask you for compensation, nor will confer you with the right to ask the Company for a refund once you have purchased the NFT. The purchasing price will be determined by the information published on the Company's website when you transmit your consent to purchase NFT.
  3. LIMITED LIABILITY
    • What Company offers under the AGREEMENT is once you purchase the NFT, you might exercise such NFT for exchanging the services that are listed on Company's website. The Company makes no guarantee with respect to the value of NFT, and with respect to the capacity of SELF to serve as any security, funds or any other financial commodity.
    • As permitted by applicable laws, in no event shall the liability of Company under the AGREEMENT exceed the numbers you have paid for purchasing NFT.
    • If you breach any warranties under the AGREEMENT, the Company has the right to rescind the AGREEMENT immediately without giving any notice for asking you to remedy such breach in advance, and the Company is entitled to ask you for returning the NFT you purchased. Under the forgoing circumstances, you may ask the Company to refund or return the Fiat Money or Payment Currency correspondingly.
  4. MISCELLANEOUS
    • The Privacy Policy on Company's website shall be construed as part of the AGREEMENT. Any reason leads to the validity, rescinding, or termination of this AGREEMENT shall also apply to the Privacy Policy.
    • The Company will amend or modify the provisions set forth under the AGREEMENT, and will notify you once any change is made. If you do not agree to any amendment thereof, you may propose your refusal to the Company within 15 days from the date such notification is received by you. If you do not propose your refusal within the period above, the amended terms shall be valid and effective from the date the notification is sent or announced.
